StrategyNest, a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), was founded by Lindsay Farley in 2014. After 12 years in Global Marketing and Human Resources for The Dow Chemical Company, Lindsay decided it was time to fly the coop and start her own flock.
Lindsay set out to build a company that approaches marketing strategy and brand management differently by trying to understand the client, their culture and objectives. This approach aims to achieve organizational potential by driving emotional connections with target customers through innovative marketing strategies, mindful brand management and creative design.

The StrategyNest team is richly talented and possesses a pioneering spirit to guide your organization to new territory. Lindsay is an avid birdwatcher, traveler and frequently volunteers to help animals and support local community foundations. The StrategyNest team shares these values and is particularly interested in ways to help the environment and strengthen our community.

Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Delaney is originally from Belleville, Illinois. She obtained her medical degree from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine in 2000. Currently a Pediatric Radiologist at Riley Hospital, Dr. Delaney provides medical insight to the StrategyNest team for our innovative healthcare marketing solutions. She is currently a Girl Scout troop leader and coaches several of her kids’ sports teams.
